The help desk do not know exactly when these happen as a security measure. We only receive a log file of the successful transactions once they have been completed. The system automatically notifies the administrators of a pending batch of transactions, which are processed 3 times per day (excl Sundays), but if the overall volumes are high this will happen a lot more frequently.
