When transferring funds to or from iCE3 a Transaction Request (TXR) is generated and a unique entry is made in the "My Transaction Requests" section of the Fund Transfers page in your account. Here you will find all your deposit and withdrawal requests for all currencies, and you are also able to monitor the status of the request. By clicking "view" link next to a transaction you will find an overview with all the details of your transaction, which you can print and save for record keeping / accounting purposes.

PRO TIP: Providing the TXR number to the help desk staff is the quickest way for you to receive assistance when logging a ticket or a querying a fund transfer transaction.
