For some involved problems or queries which need some back and forth you can use the live chat function on the platform. 

At the bottom left of the main page, you can click on the live chat button: 

Then, you just need to fill in your name and email contact, and you will be connected to a member of the support team. 

Please note that this service follows the same support hours are the help desk and may be subject to the volume of tickets and support requests at the time. Any chats which do not get an immediate response will be converted to a ticket which can be followed through normally.
